Bobby is a natural comedian and likes to tell jokes.  He has two older siblings and would like to get back to some family bike rides.  Having an adaptive bike riding would let him be outdoors with his siblings and allow him to feel more independent and sense of normalcy.   He could also use a bike to catch more Pokemon while playing Pokemon Go.
