Give Your Paddle A Purpose: Join TAASC on Sunday, August 6, in hosting Aspirations for a picnic and paddle event. Aspirations is a program designed to give adolescents and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) the opportunity to discuss their own vocational and social experiences in a small group setting and be guided in ways of how to improve their skills in these areas. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work one-on-one or in small groups with the adolescents and young adults to provide a basic kayak lesson and paddling experience. Volunteers are invited to picnic afterwards.
